Hemp Envy does not ship hemp-derived products, including Delta-8 THC, to states where such products are prohibited. Any orders placed with a shipping address in a restricted state will be canceled, and a refund will be issued. The list of restricted states is subject to change without prior notice as laws and regulations evolve.

 

3. Carrier Responsibility

Once a package leaves Hemp Envy’s facility and is handed over to the shipping carrier, Hemp Envy is no longer responsible for the package. The shipping carrier assumes all liability for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for claims related to these issues.

 

4. No Guarantees on Delivery

While Hemp Envy provides estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

 

5. Age Verification

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old or of legal purchasing age in your jurisdiction. Hemp Envy reserves the right to request age verification before fulfilling an order. If age verification cannot be completed, the order will be canceled, and a refund issued.

 

6. Product Seizures
