  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    We cannot change orders beyond refunding certain items if the order has been placed without canceling the order. For all orders that would like to add something additional, please place another order or email us to cancel your current order. For all cancellation requests, please email us before your order is shipped. If your order has already been shipped but you attempt to cancel it, you will be required to send the incoming package back to us to receive a refund.

    Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping but we plan to offer it soon via UPS.

    Please see our return and refund policy for more information. We have a strict refund policy. We only accept returns on unopened packages. Our refund policy states that we cannot accept a return if you have opened the package. For all unopened packages that you wish to return, please send us an email, and we will be happy to help.
  • Are your products lab-tested?
    Our distillate is 3rd party-tested for safety and compliance. The lab results can be found under our lab results section.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • What are the restrictions regarding Delta-8-THC?
    While D8-THC is federally legal, it remains illegal in a few states that specifically exclude Delta-8-THC and other hemp-derived cannabinoids. Delta-8 is regulated or uncleared in the following states: California Connecticut Michigan Mississippi Wisconsin Delta-8 is illegal in the following states: Alaska Arizona Colorado Delaware Idaho Iowa Montana Nevada New York North Dakota Rhode Island Vermont Utah Washington
  • What's included in my order?
    We include lab reports and a letter to law enforcement in all packages explaining the legality of our products. All bulk distillate is vacuum-sealed and bubble-wrapped for shipping protection.
  • Will I receive a tracking number?
    Yes. As soon as your order begins being packed up by our shipping department, you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided with your order.
  • How long does shipping typically take?
    Shipping typically takes about 3–5 days from the date of the order to the date of arrival. We try to make sure all orders are shipped within 72 hours from the time of processing, except on weekends and with the exception of holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
